NHeemskerkSuites is new in Amsterdam. Benefit from the ideal location near many  the zuid as, museums and enjoy the comfortable beds with  sheets from a high quality of cotton.

This comfortable apartments are situated in a historical building designed in the architectural style of the "Amsterdamse School" (Art- Deco). Enjoy the quiet surroundings of the museum area where you will find the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum at the recently renovated "Museumplein". 

The suites are transformed in the 4 elements off nature, Air, Fire, Water and Ground. We use only natural elements as a corck floor what will reduse the sount 10% extra. The wals and floor are isolated with a non fire isolation, the new fire alarm is direct signed to the fireman, so smoking is not alowed, the warm water will be heated by a solar pannel ( if it is not raining)

The famous Vondelpark is just around the corner. For some exiting nightlife you can visit the Pijp or Leidseplein, at only 10 minutes walking distance. There is a wide variety of excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood. The RAI Congress Centre is easy to reach by foot or public transport!

Conditions and Cancellation:
After making the request for an apartment NHeemskerk Suites will confirm your request and will inform you whether they have availability or not and will send you the conditions of payment.
• Down payment 1/3 off the total reservation fee, after receiving the down payment  the owner will send you a confirmation of the reservation.
• The final payment of the rental sum (2/3 of the total sum) needs to be paid on arrival. This is possible in cash, by credit card (5% extra charge) or by debit card.
• Deposit of €250,- has to be paid upon arrival in cash and will be returned in cash when the apartment is returned in the state it was delivered to you. Final cleaning is included in the total rental sum.
• In case you will need to cancel the confirmed reservation, you can cancel free of charge 60 days before the arrival date. Please take into account that the date of arrival starts at 0.00 am (CET.). Any booking not cancelled 60 days before arrival will be billed at a cost of 1/3 of the total reservation fee (the down payment). In case of no-show, the total price of the booking will be charged.
