If you booked directly with us, you can change or cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before arrival.

Our prices are based on supply and demand. As a result, room prices may change at any time.

The room rate only includes the overnight stay. In the booking module, various options come up that you can add extra to your booking, such as: breakfast, a rental bike or a crib.

Breakfast is not included as standard.

You can very easily add this to your stay during the booking procedure. 

Children up to 11 years old can join for free breakfast. From 12 years of age on, the full rate is charged.

The cost of the room rate on our site does not include tourist tax and administration fee of €1,50 per person per night.

Yes, that is definitely possible! During the booking process you can add it to the room. But you can also contact us by phone. On the day of arrival it will be ready for your little one. Please note: booking a cot is always subject to availability.

Yes, this is possible in our double rooms. Of course, this does depend on availability. For an additional €30.00 euro an extra bed can be placed.

Check-in at Hotel Heemskerk is possible from 15:00.

Of course this depends on the availability of your room. You can always leave your luggage with us.

Because we have a 24/7 reception staff, you can arrive anytime after 3:00 pm. However, it is nice, if known in advance, to indicate this.

A late check out can be requested at an additional cost of €20.00 per hour, up to a maximum of 1 pm (and based on availability).

No problem, we label the luggage and it is kept safely behind at the reception.

Of course this is possible, please indicate this at the reception, so that it is known that your car is still on the premises.

Our breakfast buffet is open at the following times:
Monday through Friday from 7 am - 10 am
Saturday and Sunday from 7 am - 11 am

Yes, free WIFI is available throughout the hotel. You can use our guest network. You can find the password on the holder of the room key or at the front desk.

Yes, our hotel has a spacious parking lot where you can park for free.

Yes, in our parking lot we offer space for 4 electric cars. While you unwind, your car also charges for a while. You can charge with all charging passes and/or tags.

Yes, you certainly can! We work with an external company for this. Ask for the possibilities and availability at our reception desk.

Yes, this is possible. Right next to the hotel entrance is a charging station.

Yes, there is covered bicycle storage available. Feel free to ask about this at reception.

No, unfortunately, we do not currently have our own restaurant.

Our beautiful village of Heemskerk is fortunately rich in the nicest and most atmospheric places to enjoy lunch or dinner. Do you have tips or need help with reservations? Our staff at the reception is ready for you.

Yes, your pet is welcome in our hotel. Naturally, we assume that you, as the owner, will ensure that your pet keeps it clean in our hotel.

However, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room (with the exception of guide or service dogs).

For the stay of a pet we charge € 20.00 per pet, per night.

No, unfortunately we do not have our own pool, but just 1.1 km away is Swimming Pool the Waterakkers where you can take a lovely refreshing dip: Waterakkers Heemskerk. Or, how about a lovely dip in the sea?
